Payments Methods:
- At Sight: the beneficiary of the letter of credit receives payment upon submission of required documents.
- Tenor (for discounted acceptances): the beneficiary of the letter of credit has a draft or bill of exchange that may be discounted by Banco Pichincha Miami or in the financial market.
- Deferred Payment: the beneficiary receives payment at the due date of the transaction.
- Mixed Payment: the beneficiary receives a percentage as a sight payment and the remaining balance at maturity.
- Discounts: bankers' acceptances are discounted at the request of the beneficiary at the current Prime, calculated from the date of payment until the due date .
